We can ship to
any address in the world.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some orders shipped to US Territories may incur additional shipping charges which cannot be quoted during the ordering process and need to be collected after checkout.
Shipping Rates
UPS Next Day Air Envelope
• $15 for envelopes under 0.5 lb
• $20 for padded packs under 2 lbs
• All other Next Day Air shipments: Live UPS rates at checkout
2-Day Shipping
• $15 flat rate on orders under $149.99
• FREE shipping on orders over $150 (no weight limit)
• All other 2-Day shipments: Live UPS rates at checkout
Ground Shipping
• FREE Ground shipping on orders over $149.99
• Excludes hazardous items, long reach tools, key machines and programmers.
• All other Ground shipments will show live UPS rates at checkout.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Orders shipping Internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from the flat-rate and free shipping offers. Shipping charges will be calculated using live UPS rates at checkout.
Qualifications
Orders that do not meet the above qualifications will have shipping charges calculated based on your location and the specific items in your cart. Some heavy or hazardous items may contain additional shipping charges, which will be included in these rates.
Delivery Times
• Orders placed prior to 4:30PM CST ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:30PM CST will ship the next business* day.
• Shipping delays due to the weather are not refundable as per the shipping carriers.
• Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Shipping charges will not be refunded if Saturday delivery is selected, and the shipment does not arrive on Saturday.
Please note that we are not liable for packages once they are in the possession of USPS. By selecting USPS shipping, you acknowledge that any loss or delay is beyond our control and refunds will not be provided for lost shipments.
*Business days are weekdays, Monday through Friday, and exclude public holidays.

Dropship Items
Dropship items will be shipped directly to you from our vendor, please allow additional handling and delivery times.
International Shipping
Please note, UPS and FedEx International shipping options are available. Rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and your location. International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, brokerage and/or other fees depending on the importing country's laws. The recipient of the package is responsible for all fees associated with importing products from the United States as well as arranging for brokerage, if required.
